How to Book Your Session
/ Cómo Reservar tu Sesión
Time Zone / Zona Horaria
Your session is in Washington D.C. time (EST). Please book your appointment in this time zone, even if you live in a different country.
La sesión se realiza en el horario de Washington D.C. (EST). Por favor, agenda tu cita según esa zona horaria, aunque vivas en otro país.
Choose your date / Elige la fecha
Select the day that works best for you in the calendar.
Selecciona el día que mejor te convenga en el calendario.
Pick your time / Escoge la hora
Choose the available time slot that fits your schedule.
Elige la hora disponible que se ajuste a tu horario.
Fill in your details / Completa tus datos
Add your name, your email, and briefly share what this meeting is about.
Agrega tu nombre, tu correo y cuéntanos brevemente de qué trata la reunión.
Join via Zoom / Conéctate por Zoom
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for your session.
Una vez confirmada tu cita, recibirás un correo de confirmación con el enlace de Zoom para tu sesión.
Reschedule or cancel / Reprograma o cancela si lo necesitas
If you change your mind, you’ll find a link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule easily.
Si cambias de opinión, en el correo de confirmación encontrarás un enlace para cancelar o reprogramar fácilmente.
Add the Appointment to Your Calendar / Agrega la Cita a tu Calendario
After booking, use the “Add to calendar” button to save your Zoom link. You can choose: Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and Yahoo Calendar. If you don’t add it to your Calendar, you won’t have access to the Zoom Link or additional information.
Después de agendar, usa el botón “Add to calendar” para guardar el enlace de Zoom. Puedes elegir: Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, Yahoo Calendar. Si no lo agregas a tu calendario, no tendrás acceso al enlace de Zoom.
